- Remove the dough and make small lemon size balls and press between your palms to flaten a bit.
- Now take a heavy bottom pan and heat it for 10mins place a iron stand in it. - Grease the baking tray and place the cookies leaving gap
- Now put the baking tray over the iron stand and cover the vessel. - Let it bake on medium flame for max 15 mins.
- Check if they are not sticking and easily can be moved means your cookies are ready.
- Off the flame remove the baking tray and let it cool.
- Store it in a airtight container
