  1. Take a bowl add all-purpose flour, add besan.

  6. For baking on stove, take a plate and grease with ghee now make balls on similar size and place them on the plate. Create a similar impression and add dry fruits to give the plate a slight elevation.
  7. Close the lid and bake on medium heat for 20-25 min. On gas, it took me 25 min to bake them. The plate will be very hot, so remove it carefully. Cool them completely before storing them. Nankhatai is ready.
