- Preheat the oven @ 180 c for 15 mins, powder sugar along with Cardamom pods.
- Sieve the flours, baking powder, sugar and mix it well.
- Pour the ghee into the power mixture, make a stiff dough, don't Knead the dough too much.Knead with soft hands.
- Make 12 balls of the dough and dab the flatten, Pierce with fork lightly or make a light design. Top with chopped pista or cashew
- Bake it for 10 mins, or until it becomes golden Crips.
