- Mix well using a whisk /wooden spoon until all the ingredients mix well
- Add lemon zest…and mix well.
- Beat the eggs then add to the mixture and mix.NB beat one egg at a time to check on freshness
- Add milk…unto the mixture
- Mix well and obtain drop like mixture then add vanilla essence :so as to remove the egg smell.
- Meanwhile warm ur pan under low heat…smear magarine and let it warm
- Pour a measured amount of mixture onto the pan..and let it cook until golden brown
- Turn after the top dries and let the other part cook
- Let it cool then serve
