  1. Start knedding cheese and semolina, make smooth, crack free dough like rosogolla.
  2. Make small 1" top small round shape and cylindrical shape balls.
  3. Take wide pan, add water and sugar and cardamoms. Let start boil. When sugar get melts then add cheese ball into it. Cook low flame with cover for 5 mins.
  4. After 5 mins flip to another sides and cook another 10 mins. Rosolla gets double in size.Now take a spoon add water to food colour to spoon, mix properly and add to syrup and let it cook high flame untill balls soaked syrup and cooked well. It takes another 5-10 mins.
  5. Now take out sweet balls from syrup and put on a plate. Let them cool. Hot sweet balls hold plate as caramalized sugar coated. So keep changing sides or put on a greased plate.
  6. Now take a thin slice of aam papad, roll the golla with dryfruits, implant a clove for firming dryfruits, papad on golla.
  7. It can be store for 2-3 days in a tight container.
