Steps to make Harira:
  1. First of All Keep all Masala and dry fruits in one place.
  2. Take a pan, pour ghee in it and add out makhana. Now fry it unless it get roasted. Once they get roasted keep them aside.
  3. Now again pour some ghee on pan, and fry raisins in it. Once raisins are cooked we'll keep it aside.
  4. Now roast all dry fruits all together. And keep them in another platter.
  5. Now take a deep pan, pour 1 cup ghee in it.
  6. Add turmeric and stir it well.
  7. Next, add sonth powder, jeera powder and ajwain Powder and mix it well. And turn the flame off.
  8. Now, take chhuhara, boil it, take off it seeds and grind it in mixer. Now, turn the flame on and add this grinded chuhaara in pan.
  9. Keep cooking it until it get brownish in colour.
  10. Once it turns brownish, add jaggery. And, mix it well.
  11. Now add makhana in it. And mix it.
  12. Now, fry the gond and grind it in mixer. Add this grinded gond to the pan and stir it.
  13. Add grated coconut and posta dana. Mix it now.
  14. Your harira is almost ready. You just need to stir it for 3-4 minutes more.
  15. So as you can see the delicious sticky harira is ready. Serve it hot to everyone.
