It's so deliciously rich and creamy that it will melt in. Milk Peda or Doodh Peda is one of the oldest traditional sweets that is prepared during festive occasions or celebrations.

Instructions to make Milk Pedas:
  1. In a microwave bowl add ghee, milk powder and condensed milk mix well and heat it for 1 minute.
  2. Take the bowl out, add the cardamom powder and stir the mixture well.. Add kesar milk and mix well..
  3. Heat it again for 1 more minute. Repeat this process for 5 to 7 times and every time you take out the bowl from the microwave, stir the mixture well. - This time the mixture have a nice texture to it and would be beginning to leave the sides.
  4. Let it cool down for 15 to 20 mins. - Grease your palms with ghee and Make balls rolling between your palms. Press gently from center. - Garnish them with pistachios
  5. Tip: Keep check during Microwave Cooking as type of Microwave varies.
