  4. Add sugar and 1 tbsp milk. Keep stirring on low to medium heat till sugar melts. Once the milk starts to dry take out from the heat. keep for cool.
  5. Put cool mixture into blender and make it coarse powder.
  6. Put mixture back into the kadhai and add 2-3 tbsp milk. Continue to stir until the mixture turns into dark golden colour.
  7. Add cardamom powder. Mix well and take out from the heat. Allow the mixture to cool slightly. Make a shape of cylinder roll.
  8. Put the peda on the castor sugar and coat uniformly.
  9. Dharwar peda is ready to serve.
