- Cool the mixture at room temperature until pliable. - As cooled, the mixture dries out further and resembles wet crumble.
- For the shaping : Lightly grease your palms with oil or ghee and take a spoonful of mixture into your palm.
- Pressing the mixture between the palms massage the dough a bit. Shape them round and flatten them to pedas.
- Repeat and shape rest of the mixture in the similar way and rest them on a plate for an hour at room temperature until cooled completely.
- Garnish with chopped nuts, silver warq or saffron strands according to preference.
